Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email at your registered email address.

As all our garments are completely bespoke and made to order, please allow 14 business days for creation and finishing. Our estimated dispatch time thereafter is 5–7 business days.

In the unlikely event of any delay, you will be notified promptly at your registered email address.

SHIPPING

Standard shipping charges apply to all orders. Full shipping details, estimated dispatch dates, and tracking information will be communicated to your registered email address upon dispatch.

DUTIES AND TAXES

Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) — Select Destinations

Orders shipped to the following destinations are fulfilled on a Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) basis — all applicable import duties, customs fees, and taxes are covered and prepaid on your behalf by us. No additional import duties or customs fees will be due upon delivery, subject to the availability of DDP service at the time of dispatch:

United States · United Kingdom · European Union · Canada · Australia · UAE · Singapore

Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) — All Other Destinations

For all destinations not listed above, orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. Any applicable import duties, customs fees, and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and will be collected by the local carrier or customs authority upon delivery.

Please note that customs clearance typically takes 2–5 business days in addition to standard transit time, and may vary by destination and local regulations. We recommend factoring this into your delivery expectations, particularly for time-sensitive occasions such as weddings or events. Customs clearance timelines are outside our control.
